Shipping Process and Conditions—Vismaya Furniture's

At Vismaya Furniture, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the following shipping terms and conditions before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all locations within INDIA.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

If your location is not listed at checkout, we may not yet deliver to that area. Please contact our customer service for more information.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

a) Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Free domestic shipping is available for orders over [10K Amount] (if applicable).

b) International Shipping

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for these charges.

4. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping—Delivery within 5 to 8 business days.
  • Express Shipping—Delivery within 3 to 5 business days (additional charges apply).
  • White Glove Delivery—Available for larger furniture items; includes in-home delivery, unpacking, and assembly (additional charges may apply).

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and external factors.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.
  • If you experience issues with tracking, contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Delivery Conditions

a) Delivery Address

  • Please provide an accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

b) Signature Requirement

  • For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery for security reasons.
  • If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice with further instructions.

c) Missed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt redelivery or provide instructions for pickup.
  • If redelivery is required due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or missed delivery), additional charges may apply.

d) Large and Heavy Items

  • Large or heavy furniture pieces may require special handling and delivery arrangements.
  • If your order includes oversized items, we will contact you to coordinate delivery details.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

a) Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

b) Missing Items

  • If any part of your order is missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will investigate and arrange for the missing item to be shipped.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, storms)
  • Political instability, strikes, or labor disputes
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Any other events beyond our control

9. International Shipping Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for customs clearance delays or refusal of entry.
  • If an international shipment is rejected due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

10. Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed for shipment.
  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible before processing begins.

11. Non-Delivery or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
  • If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
